• Once you sigh a contract with them it's almost no way to break the contract. I moved from Nashua to Manchester in May 2008. Manager at WOW told me that they are going to open a new gym in Manchester in September and I can put my contract on hold for just $5 a month or I have to pay $100 to cancel the membership. I put it on hold and gess what? They never open a new location and they start charging me full amount withing the time they promise. I'm trying to cancel it for last 5 month and nobody answer the phone at their Financial Department. Managers in Nashua keep saying that they are not in charge of canceling contracts. ??? What they are for there? The point is it's so complicated that I'm not recommend it to any one to sign up with them. p.s. their free trials are fake. You have to sign a contract to get a trial and cancel it within 10 days. Fun hah? (mari22, 12/15/2008)
